The muniAI™ app stores and processes personal data that you provide to us in order to provide our service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the app. We therefore recommend that you do not jail or hit your phone, which is a process of removing software restrictions and restrictions imposed by your device's official operating system. You should be aware that there are certain things that Sechk Security Services Ltd. will not take responsibility for. Some functions of the app will require an active internet connection from the app. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provide your cellular network provider, but Sechk Security Services Ltd. Cannot take responsibility for the app not working fully functional if you do not have Wi-Fi access, and you do not have data fees left.

If you are using an out-of-area app with Wi-Fi, keep in mind that the terms of your agreement with your cellular network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your cellular provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection when accessing the application, or other third-party charges. By using the app, you receive responsibility for any such charge, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming.
